My Dear and Precious Friend, today I feel freedom. My monkey mind has subsided so that I see, hear, smell, taste and feel the wonders of life. During my morning walk I felt connected, that wholeness, I have so often tried to force. My silly willy constant grin proves it!

A young woman flunked her college junior year after date rape. After one session, her relationship with both parents improved, moved to a new college, began a relationship with a young man and told me recently, I've found peace and no longer think about that event. I've been killing my body ever since it happened. Now I know how to be in my body. I'm learning how to nurture and play again. I feel confident in my decisions now. It feels so cool! Wow! Molested by friendly neighbor at 6, went to court and on cross examination made to look like a liar. Then age 20 date raped. After one session on the telephone, I've a growing sense of faith, trust in my life, my creativity and purpose. I've less need to be perfect. My sister-in-law used to be so judgmental and critical of me. Susan helped me realize I was judgmental and critical of myself. I learned how to turn tragedy and trauma into true GIFTS. It has created incredible abundance in my life. The biggest benefit is I've been able to maintain peace that understanding brings. I understand conflicts and issues are born from my fears of betrayal and abandonment. My relationship with my wife is better. Less volatile and don't simmer as long. Stepfather was a convicted pedophile. NOW I recognize that I'm out of the survival mode. Thank you Susan for teaching me that once one moves into ALLOWANCE that there is no resistance, no opposition AND this is when life dramatically changes. Worked with this young Canadian mother over the telephone after receiving 6 shock treatments for severe depression two years before. Victim of child molestation, I spent years in therapy. I thought I was successful until a random obscene phone call threw me back into fear and panic. After one session, pain and guilt harbored inside without my knowledge was gone. Through Suzy's coaching, she gave me tools to totally forgive and love my younger self as well as the one that hurt me. What a sense of freedom. Molested from age 4 to puberty. Hi Susan, I had to ask around in my family for Dad's address (that's how long it's been since I've seen or spoken with him), which is how the brother I'm closest to found out what I was doing. He too has been estranged from Dad for years, so my writing to Dad stirred up one of those "conversations you're not having" between my brother and me. It was painful at first but we ended up sorting out our beliefs about forgiveness, guilt, blame, responsibility and other interesting stuff. I've been much more appreciative toward my sons and daughter. There has been much more harmony among all of us. I’m moving closer to my Mom. This is giving me lots of opportunities to treat her with kindness and gratitude as well. After our session I felt thoroughly drained in every atom of my being. It felt really good, like I'd successfully run a marathon or something. I definitely sensed that something went on energetically in our session, but I wasn't sure exactly. Dear Susan, I just found out that my Dad's health has declined dramatically over the last month or two and that he needs help. Because of the work in our session, I feel entirely free and ready to be of help to my Dad. I called him last night and will be going to see him today. It really felt good to talk to him again.
